If something is failing

  • Root and www should each have an A record pointing to 185.158.133.1.
  • Remove any leftover A records from an older host — they cause the wrong site to load.
  • DNS changes can take up to 72 hours to propagate everywhere.
  • SSL is issued automatically once DNS verifies; the certificate check turns green then.

  • Digital downloads delivery

    Owner action needed

    In Shopify admin → Apps, install the free Digital Downloads app, then upload the matching ZIP to each digital product (wallpapers, stickers, desktop wallpapers, coloring pages) and turn on automatic fulfillment. Until then, buyers pay but receive no file.

  • Printful print-on-demand

    Owner action needed

    In Shopify admin → Apps, install Printful, connect the store, link each product to a blank, set Order import to Automatic and Auto-fulfill, and add a billing card. Afterwards, ask the assistant to reset every variant to “continue selling”.

  • Orders key for /fulfillment, /printful and /track

    Credential needed

    Shopify admin → Settings → Apps and sales channels → Develop apps → create an app with read_orders, read_fulfillments and read_assigned_fulfillment_orders, install it, and give the shpat_ token to the assistant through the secure form, along with a fulfillment passcode.

  • Full catalog loading

    Done

    The shop loads products in pages of 100 (up to 500), so items past the old 50-product limit now appear.
